Weekly children’s morning programs:

STORY TIME

Ages: 3 to 5 years                       TUESDAYS                    10:15 & 11:15

This weekly interactive program is geared to children ages 3 to 5 years. The half-hour session features books, songs, motion activities, finger plays, games and crafts. Adults are welcome to participate with children on laps or from an observational distance. (This is not a drop off program; adults must remain in the library.) Grandparents, caregivers & siblings welcome, also.

TODDLER TIME

Ages: 18 months – 3 yrs             WEDNESDAYS              10:15 & 11:15 am

This weekly interactive program includes parent-child participation for children from about 18 months of age through a new three year old. The twenty-minute session includes stories, songs, tickle & bouncy games, puppets and finger plays. Grandparents, caregivers & siblings welcome, also.

BABY TIME

Ages: Birth to 18 months             THURSDAYS                 10:15 & 11:15 am

This one-on-one program is geared for parents and their baby from birth through about 18 months. During the twenty-minute session, babies will enjoy a gentle and fun introduction to books while adults are introduced to tips on Early Literacy. Books, rhymes, music, bouncy games, tickle and cuddle activities are all included. Grandparents, caregivers & siblings welcome, also.

HOME SCHOOL BOOK TIME meets 3rd Monday of most months

Grades 4 – 6           2:00 pm 

Children read the pre-selected book before they meet and then discuss and review the book. (Children are welcome even if they haven’t read or finished the book.)  This is a very interactive group. A willingness to read outside of their personal favorites is recommended. Parents may join our group or drop off. 
See display or place a hold on the book in plenty of time to read.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BOOK DISCUSSION (Adult Program)   

Read ahead and then discuss pre-selected books.  New members welcome, group meets 2^nd Wed. of each month at 7:00 p.m. (except Dec.) Call if you have any questions. 

MYSTERY READERS LUNCH GROUP (Adult Program)

Read ahead and then discuss pre-selected books.  New members welcome, meets 3^rd Tuesday of each month from 12-1 p.m. in the boardroom – bring lunch if you so desire -- See Holly if you have any questions.
